The Ayurvedic Flow Facial
At Flow Facials, you are invited to experience the healing practice of Ayurvedic facial rituals. Each ritual is anchored in the sacred & ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, to lovingly restore harmony and radiance through doshic skin rebalancing.
Working with your unique Ayurvedic skin type (vata - dry/dehydrated, pitta - sensitive & kapha - oily) and acknowledging the season within and around you; each treatment offers a truly holistic approach to tapping into your natural radiance and to gently encourage you to come back to a space of calm and nurture.
Given the holistic nature of Ayurvedic facial therapy, gentle energy work will be weaved into your treatment if required. Your permission for this will be sought prior to your facial.
Each Ayurvedic Flow facial begins with a grounding floral foot bath in a traditional cooper foot bath to ground & cleanse your energy & bring forth a beautiful sense of respect & being of service.
In each ritual, you will experience a bespoke combination of aromatic inhalations, warm compressing, deep cleansing & olenation, steam therapy, Ayurvedic herbal ubtans & exfoliation followed by Ayurvedic massage of the face, neck, decolletage & scalp complete with marma point & kansa wand therapy (Kansa Mukha Abhyanga), hydrojelly infusion mask. Palo santo cleansing rituals, singing bowls and energy balancing techniques will be used throughout to restore energy and relieve stress.

The Lifeforce Flow
The Ayurvedic Lymphatic Flow Facial
The Lifeforce Flow is a specialised treatment that integrates lymphatic enzyme therapy with Ayurvedic marma point & kansa wand rejuvenation massage. Tapping into your skin’s inner radiance by stimulating its own lifeforce energy. Your treatment begins with a detoxifying steam cleanse ritual, juicy Ayurvedic facelift massage & active plant serum infusion, followed by an active compressing & tightening mask therapy that works specifically with your skin’s lymphatic process. Whilst your face is cocooned in this mask, your arms and legs will then be massaged to bring flow to your whole being.
This treatment works on a lymphatic & energetic level, calming the mind and creating a deep space of relaxation. It can minimise fine line & wrinkles, tighten facial contours, reduce dark circles & puffiness under the eyes, deeply detoxify, improve blood & lymphatic circulation and increase oxygen supply to the skin and muscle cells.

Herbal Active Lift & Release
A treatment curated to bring a deeper level of radiance and vitality using natural compression technology with bioavailable herbal compounds.
Your treatment will begin with deep breathing and heart connection touch to open the lymphatic pathways. Your skin will be cleansed deeply with Ayurvedic olenation combined with gentle honey tapping, awakening the skin’s natural lifeforce energy. A specialised yoga-lift + gua sha massage therapy follows to prepare your skin for your lymphatic mask therapy. As your mask dries, you will feel it pulsating and shifting accumulation, restoring your skin’s natural radiance & vitality. As you surrender to rest & stillness during the masking process, your arms will be massaged to stimulate flow and smudging and sounds bowls will soothe your mind & energy system. Cool & warm towel compression will follow, finishing with a personalised doshic oil massage.

The Heart Space Ritual
Radiance is available to us all when we live in alignment with our heart force. This treatment was curated with the intention to nurture your precious heart space. Your ritual begins with a grounding coconut milk & rose petal foot soak, followed by a heart chakra back & upper body massage with heart activation oils & crystalline elixirs. An Ayurvedic Flow Facial will follow, complete with a nourishing scalp & crown ritual.

The Restore Ritual
A restorative space for your whole being to be called into complete rejuvenation. This treatment begins with a grounding coconut milk & rose petal foot soak. You will then experience a full body abhyanga massage treatment with warmed herbal oil. An Ayurvedic Flow Facial treatment will then follow, complete with gentle energy balancing & clearing. A complete rejuvenation for your body, skin & soul.

Crown Chakra Hair & Scalp Ritual
A nourishing & strengthening energy-imbued, essential oil elixir will be massaged into your crown, whilst your eyes will be soothed an amethyst crystal eye mask. Acupressure scalp massage & jade crystal combing will release head tension and stress. An invitation to drop out of your head and into your heart.
Ayurvedic Foot & Lower Leg Ritual
Grounding your energy & nurturing the feet that carry you physically & energetically throughout your day. Warm towels are compressed into your feet before your lower legs are dry body brushed to activate circulation. Warm sesame oil abhyanga is then performed on the feet & lower legs, including marma point activation & kansa wand on the soles of the feet. An invigorating coconut sugar scrub treatment followed by a cooling & hydrating peppermint mask is then massaged into your feet & legs.
Back Massage & Scrub Ritual
Warmed sesame oil will be massaged into your back, neck & shoulders, relieving tension & grounding your energy. An invigorating coconut sugar scrub will be massaged into the skin to cleanse & awaken your energy.
